manually link zero pr

when i manually link, I get pr 0 on all my sites on tnx, but after I checked on google turns PR4.
please help me?! ..........

Our checkpagerank system has been temporary banned by Google, which is usual and happens all the time when sending millions of PR check queries every hour.

We are currently working on a solution.

been almost a week more I did not add a new link to my site I just submit , because it has not come out as well pagerank today alias is " zero ".
