Default PayPal has blocked TNX account for verification purposes.

PayPal has blocked account of TNX Corp. on Tuesday, November 20.

Below is a screenshot of the message from PayPal:

Due to this issue we are currently unable to accept payments from our customers and satisfy payout requests.

We did our best to send all documentation to PayPal for further review in a timely manner. Now it is all up to PayPal guys. They have promised to review our papers within 24-48 hours.

P.S. Why the hell in the world PayPal would block BUSINESS ACCOUNT just to get the personal ID faxed to them ... ?

Sorry for the inconvinience.

Default And they wonder why people hate them?

Right now they are a necessary evil. Someday a better way will appear - but since EBay is a NASDAQ darling, we're stuck. Paypal makes the DMV look like Disneyland - sorry my rant. Been through the same thing more than once.

I am actually shocked by this issue. Never thought, that getting ID faxed over to payment processing company worth losing thousands of dollars.

I am very impressed with PayPal handling their business clients, impressed in a bad way of course.

Since we do not believe in PayPal any more, we definately have to look for backup plan (payment processor), so in case PayPal guys shut down our account in order to get my dirty socks scanned and faxed over to them we can use any other service to accept credit card payments. Do you guys have any suggestions? What payment processor out there on the market gets your trust?

Direct deposit to bank accounts with 2-3 days processing time would be nice. (Don't forget international wire transfers). Ikobo works too.

That's absurd. There are a lot of things google does not do very well. Dealing with money and customers is one.

It has been over 12 hours since all needed documentation was sent to PayPal.

Today I personally called PayPal support couple times and it looks like every fax they receive comes in digital format and undergoes a manual check that involves waiting in line.

Looks like those guys don't give a damn thing about us losing money and potential clients

We do accept wire transfers to our corporate account. Whoever is interested, please let me know, so I can provide all needed info.
